- Welcome and Introductions (Brief introductions and descriptions of each member)
- Approval of Agenda and Minutes (Vote to approve the current agenda and the minutes from the previous meeting)
- Strategic Planning Session with External Consultant
- Special Presentation and Session: Instead of the usual committee agenda, this meeting will be dedicated to a special strategic planning session.
- Consultant: We are pleased to welcome Ms. Dawn Rudolph, MSEd, Strategic Consultant for High Quality Disability Systems at Sunrise Insights LLC.
- Focus: Ms. Rudolph will lead a discussion on strategic plans to enhance cohesion within the committee and identify areas needing better foundational direction and security. This session is designed to provide an objective, third-party assessment of our current structure and performance.
